Job brief:
Develop and implement talent management strategies that support the company's business objectives and foster a culture of high performance and engagement
Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and retention initiatives across the organization.
Identify critical skills and competencies required for the organization's success and develop plans to address any gaps.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement & development plans.
- Develop & implement recruitment startegies to attract top talent.
- Support organization development initiatives, and cultural transformation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement startegies to improve job satisfaction.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.
- Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions.
- Conduct individual meetings for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
- Follow up employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations.
- Communicating with internal and external parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
