Role Description
We are seeking a chemist to join our composite material factory as a full-time team member. This is an on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The position involves conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing material compositions, developing new materials, improving existing products, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The chemist will also collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to drive innovation and solve technical challenges.
Qualifications
Proficient in Laboratory Skills and Quality Control processes to ensure product standards and accuracy in testing
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret experimental results and solve problems effectively
Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting Research to innovate and enhance products
Proven ability to work methodically and pay attention to detail
Educational background in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of composite materials and related industry practices is a plus
