Project Technical Engineer (executer)

The Executor is the delivery engine of the Project Unit. You receive won projects from the Project & Sales Engineer and own the full delivery cycle: production drawings, BOM, manufacturing coordination, site installation, handover, and payment collection. You ARE the Technical Office. No separate department — you own it end to end.

Responsibilities

  • o   Receive won projects from the Closer with complete project file (PO, specs, drawings)
  • o   Produce production drawings using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD (shop, assembly, installation)
  • o   Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) with accurate quantities and material specifications
  • o   Optimize nesting layouts to minimize waste in grating and profile cutting
  • o   Coordinate with Production Coordinator (Atef) on manufacturing schedule and quality
  • o   Prepare installation method statements, risk assessments, and safety documentation
  • o   Supervise site installation — manage subcontracted installation crews

  • working under delivery deadlines, on-site problem solving, 
  • multi-team coordination, continuous learning





Qualification

  • §  BSc Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
  • §  3-5 years in FRP/GRP manufacturing OR steel structure fabrication and installation
  • §  Proficient in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD for production drawings
  • §  Experience with BOM preparation and material estimation
  • §  Understanding of manufacturing: pultrusion, hand layup, molded grating, assembly
  • §  Site installation supervision experience (FRP or steel structures)
  • §  Method statement and safety documentation capability
  • §  Arabic required. English reading/writing preferred
  • §  Valid driving license preferred (for site visits)
