Sales Account Manager

member of staff.
Retain and grow the existing client base, acquire new clients from small contractors and recurring industrial buyers, execute daily field visits, achieve Team 1's monthly revenue target, follow up on payment collection, and supervise outsourced agent performance. Works as mutual backup with the Sales Coordinator on reporting and CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Contact all existing clients within the first 30 days of onboarding
- Execute 8-10 field visits per week to current and potential clients
- Achieve Team 1 monthly revenue target
- Acquire new clients from small contractors and industrial buyers
- Follow up on payment collection — ensure on-time collection
- Support Magdy on reporting — mutual backup + discount reports per 7-tier policy
- Supervise outsourced agent performance
- Request standard quotation preparation from Sales Coordinator
Competences:
-
Communication & relationship building, initiative & independence, working under pressure (monthly targets + daily visits), accuracy in recording opportunities, fast learning of FRP products
Qualification
- -3+ years in industrial field sales
- -Proven track record in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
- -Knowledge of the Egyptian market — small and medium contractors
- -CRM system experience
- -Intermediate English — potential communication with foreign clients
