We are seeking an experienced Factory Operation Manager to oversee the production , maintenance, quality, planning and personnel operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of production staff.


    Responsibilities:

      • 1. Production Management: Plan, organize, and direct production operations to meet customer demands and quality standards.
      • 2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
      • 3. Personnel Management: Manage a team of production staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
      • 4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
      • 5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
      • 6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
      • 7. Communication: Liaise with other departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and resolve issues.

  • Qualifications and skills:

    • - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • - Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
    • - Strong leadership and management skills
    • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • - Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
    • - Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
    • - Experience with budgeting and cost control
    • - Language: Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
    • - Professional doing action plans & kpis.
    • - Familiar work by Objectives and MBO Management by Objectives.
    • - Establish manufacturing department before (production- maintenance-installation-quality)
    • - Design work flow for production floor.
    • - Production analytical skills for all production lines.

Main Objective:

Reach to world standard (Chinese or India) in the company business lines.

Accurate and reliable KPIs to be executed and followed.

Stable & Reliable production workflow.
