Jop brief:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Operation Manager to oversee the production , maintenance, quality, planning and personnel operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of production staff.
- 1. Production Management: Plan, organize, and direct production operations to meet customer demands and quality standards.
- 2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- 3. Personnel Management: Manage a team of production staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- 4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- 5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- 6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- 7. Communication: Liaise with other departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and resolve issues.
- - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- - Strong leadership and management skills
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
- - Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
- - Experience with budgeting and cost control
- - Language: Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
- - Professional doing action plans & kpis.
- - Familiar work by Objectives and MBO Management by Objectives.
- - Establish manufacturing department before (production- maintenance-installation-quality)
- - Design work flow for production floor.
- - Production analytical skills for all production lines.
